Tianai Xiong studied classical, musical theatre, and jazz singing with Marla Jones. She has appeared at some major venues in the Los Angeles area. Her distinctive alto voice fuses sounds of classic jazz with influences from Chinese folk ballad.

This dynamic duo first sang together in Los Angeles as “Off the Shoulder” where they appeared at numerous venues; sang at charity and concert events; and opened for Joan Rivers at the famed Carlos n’ Charlie’s on Sunset Blvd.
DEBORAH TRANELLI has enjoyed a successful career as an actor, singer and voice artist for almost 50 years, appearing in countless Off-Broadway, regional, tour and developmental theatre productions. Her many television and film credits include 11 seasons as Phyllis on the iconic series Dallas. She has sung at Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center and multiple venues from coast to coast and internationally. Her extensive list of recording credits includes original cast and compilation albums and her award winning solo CD, “A Lot of Livin” on PS Classics. Her voice can be heard on audiobooks, in commercials, narration and animation. Your Hope Never Fails marks her songwriting debut!
MARLA JONES – A singer/musician/composer/songwriter and music director, has been working in the music industry for years. From performing as the lead singer for bands, singer/pianist for numerous restaurant and hotel lounges, a member and director of numerous singing groups, to performing her themed shows at major venues from Chicago to Las Vegas, San Francisco, through the Southwest and the Los Angeles area. She started writing music and lyrics as a child, and developed her composing and arranging skills while studying voice at Northwestern University School of Music, film composing at UCLA’s Extension, and being mentored by many major film and television composers including the late Don James. Having even met Ella Fitzgerald, one of her favorite singers, she loves blending genres and particularly loves jazz, latin jazz with some pop and classical mixed in.
